Black and white photograph of 1931 East Junior High School Football Champions of Warren, Ohio. East Junior High School, established 1920, was demolished in 2010, according to internet research. In the second row, center is Paul William Davis, father of Roger Paul Davis and father-in-law of Cel Davis. The Garee Studio of Warren, Ohio created teh photograph.<br /><br />On the back, Paul William wrote "We won the football championship of 1931. At West, in Warren, Ohio. I was 15 yr. of age. Was in the 9th grade we played five games, won four. I played right tackle, on the first team <em>(sic)</em>." Signed: As Ever, Paul William Davis, 461 Todaxe (spelling?) Warren Ohio <em>(sic)</em>.<br /><br />Also written on the back by Roger Paul Davis (Paul William's son) is: Roger Paul Davis (15 yrs.) 1200 Summit. Warren Ohio Warren Harding 1966 H.R. <em>(home room)</em> 123 10th Grade <em>(sic)</em>.<br />Warren G. Harding High School opened in 1921 and is still open today. It is the only high school in the Warren school district. Roger Paul is now a resident of Kearney, Nebraska as of 2015.<br /><br />Also written on the back: Paul W. Davis, Died April 16, 1988 Dayton Ohio (sic).
