It is unique in the fact that it is a cane that can fold out into a chair. This was mostly designed for elderly people and people with physical disabilities who attended the fair who needed to rest from walking around all day. With the folding chair cane, people did not have to venture and find a bench, they had the convenience of having a folding chair that could also be used as a cane.
