Description
The Sisters of Notre Dame arrived in the United States in 1910 to administer the Hessoun Orphanage in Fenton, Missouri. They relinquished control of the orphanage in 1920 and established a mother house near Omaha, Nebraska. As of 2016 they have a presence in Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota.
