This is a 1994 death certificate for William Hinkle. He was a member of the Hinkle family who lived in Cumro, Nebraska. Presently, Cumro is a small, unincorporated community, in the south east corner of Custer County.
This Military Service Certificate was awarded to Vance Smith on July 9, 1921. The certificate is signed by Samuel R. McKelvie, Governor of the State of Nebraska and Darius M. Amsberry, Secretary of State.
